The PaveHQ Bridge Program is a transformative 4-week intensive designed for secondary school leavers aged 15-22, addressing the critical gap between secondary education and holistic life success. This program combines university readiness training, career intelligence, and life readiness skills to equip young people with the academic, professional, and personal competencies needed to thrive in university and beyond. Our goal is to enroll 1,000+ teenagers and young adults between 2026-2028.

Through a hybrid delivery model featuring self-paced learning, live expert-facilitated classes, peer-to-peer projects (onsite), psychometric assessments, and personalized counselor matching, participants gain competitive advantages in three critical dimensions: Academic preparedness for university success, Career awareness for professional development, and Life skills for independent adulthood.

Primarily secondary school leavers (e.g., SSCE/WAEC/NECO completers or those awaiting admission), but open to UTME candidates with low prospects. From our survey, 69% of respondents are from South West Nigeria, with 92% valuing personalized career guidance—making it ideal for youth seeking clarity in post-secondary decisions.

Academic Competencies:

  • Evaluate university programs using informed decision-making frameworks
